First Year Internship Program
In our First-Year Internship Program, incoming students at Rotman Commerce will rotate through various portfolios, learning about the club and our events. One-on-one mentorship and meaningful workshops will be provided to foster leadership skills and for internal development. All previous interns continue lead within the RCSG family in Director and Committee Members roles.

Director and Committee Members
In our Director and Committee Member positions, members are given the opportunity to actively plan, promote and execute events and workshops related to the sales industry and personal selling skills. Director and Committee Members are leaders, change-makers and hope to turn their ideas into tangible platforms for the RC community to rely on.
